Joe Pajer | President and CEO
Joe Pajer brings more than 20 years of senior executive experience in technology businesses to Thinklogical. Prior to joining Thinklogical, Mr. Pajer was CEO of Vocollect, a leading provider of voice recognition enabled computing systems used to manage mobile workforces. Mr. Pajer previously held leadership positions with Marconi, FORE Systems, Compaq Computer Corporation and AT&T. Mr. Pajer holds an M.S. degree in management and a B.S. degree in civil engineering and public policy from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh.
Vikram (Vik) Desai | Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales
Vik Desai leads the company's global sales force and is a member of Thinklogical's senior executive team. Vik has worked in the technology industry for over twenty years and brings significant experience managing and scaling technology businesses. Vik comes to Thinklogical from $1.3B IT services, network and communications provider Earthlink where he was President of its "Cloud" focused Advanced Services business unit. He brings a strong analytical perspective to the development and execution of Thinklogical's global sales strategies and a deep understanding of the markets upon which we focus. Vik has previously been a consultant to the Company.
Scott T. Willey | Chief Financial Officer
Scott Willey joined Thinklogical in June 2010, and has more than 25 years of financial management experience. Prior to joining Thinklogical, Mr. Willey was Chief Financial Officer of Pentron Corporation. He has also held senior financial management roles with TranSwitch Corporation, Cendant Corporation and Rayonier, Inc. Mr. Willey began his career with Arthur Andersen LLP, and he is a Certified Public Accountant. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree in accounting from the University of Connecticut.
Larry Wachter | Vice President Engineering and Manufacturing
Larry Wachter leads the design and development of hardware, firmware and software as well as managing the manufacturing group. Larry has been with Thinklogical for 3 years, and been in the industry for 30 years. Larry received his BSEE from Western New England University.
Robert Ventresca | Vice President, Marketing
Robert Ventresca is responsible for Thinklogical’s worldwide marketing operations. Previously, Bob was vice president of marketing for Netkey, a business unit of NCR Corp. and a leading provider of software and hardware technology for interactive kiosks and digital signage. He has held senior-level marketing, communications and investor relations positions with global technology and services companies including DSL.net, Brodeur Partners, IMA and Hyperion. Bob holds a BS degree in Journalism from Southern Connecticut State University.
Peter Henderson | Vice President, Founder and Thinklogical Design Center principal
Mr. Henderson has been with Thinklogical since its inception in 2003. Pete provides design, configuration and validation guidance to customers for the Think Logical Design Center (TLDC) team. He has over 25 years of expertise in marketing and business development. Prior to Thinklogical he held positions at Amp Incorporated, Harbor Electronics and Lightwave. In 1994 he co-purchased Lightwave Communications from Laser Precision, which was sold to Lantronix Incorporated in 2001. He co-founded Thinklogical in 2003 and is responsible for new product introduction to market and customer development and growth. He holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from Lehigh University.
David Cheever | Director, Founder and Thinklogical Design Center principal
Mr. Cheever has been with Thinklogical since its inception in 2003. David provides design, configuration and validation guidance to customers for the Think Logical Design Center (TLDC) team. He has 30 years of executive experience in manufacturing. From 1980 to 1994 he held managerial positions with Burgess Brothers, a sheet metal and machining business. In 1994 he co-purchased Lightwave Communications from Laser Precision, which was sold to Lantronix Incorporated in 2001. He co-founded Thinklogical in 2003 and has responsibility for Thinklogical’s product application design center. Mr. Cheever holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from Babson College.
