Tech 200 and 300 have a certification window of 2 years due to the inherent continuously improving nature of Thinklogical system interfaces. In order to maintain certification, there are 2 choices. You can either sign up for another complementary training event with the latest training curriculum OR register for our Remote Update and Recertification course. This remote recertification course is held online (via TEAMS) over the course of 2 afternoons (3 hour sessions each day). Each attendee will have access to their own SMP Appliance remotely and will be given access throughout the week of this course. Technology 300 (Hands-On, In-Person, Instructor Led) | 2 days | 8 RU Credits

Tech 300 is a comprehensive, hands-on training course on Thinklogical Control and Solution Applications focusing on all currently available system interfaces (SMP, ADM, and DASH), how to apply them to almost any workflow, and setting up end-user clients and touch panel interfaces (ZERO programming experience needed). The topics covered regarding the SMP interface are environment configuration, control, macros, hotkeys, end-user autonomy, sanitization, third party integration & control, resource pooling, aesthetic design, leveraging functionality through a secure API, and user privileges and restrictions. The topics covered regarding the ADM interface are general administration, networking, security hardening, redundancy, logging, system backup, upgrading, licensing, and hardware power control. The topics covered regarding the DASH interface are centralized monitoring, updating firmware & settings, and hardware resource management. Please Note: Online Product & Technology 100 training is a prerequisite and must be successfully completed before instructor-led Tech 200 class begins. All attendees who complete our Product and Technology Training will earn CTS credits. No CTS RU credits are available for completing Tech 151.
